We are seeking a full\-time Creative AI Specialist to join Motive Designs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high\-quality AI\-generated images, videos, and visual concepts for branding, marketing, and social media campaigns. This role requires strong artistic taste, advanced control of AI tools, and the ability to deliver creative ideas quickly and professionally. The Creative AI Specialist will develop visual concepts, produce AI shoots, create skyline/tower ads, design moodboards, generate product renders, and enhance real photos and videos using AI. The candidate must collaborate closely with the design and content teams while maintaining a fast and organized workflow. Strong experience in Midjourney, Runway, Photoshop, and other AI tools is required. A portfolio demonstrating AI\-based work is mandatory.
