Description

The Customer Service \& Sales Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and supporting daily shop operations. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection * Promote and sell chocolates, cakes, and related products * Handle billing, POS transactions, cash, and card payments accurately * Take customer orders (in\-store, phone, or online if required) * Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally * Ensure product displays are attractive and well\-stocked * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop * Coordinate with kitchen and wrapping staff for order fulfillment * Support upselling and cross\-selling of products and gift items * Follow company policies and customer service standards **Requirements** * Previous experience in customer service or retail sales (F\&B preferred) * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) * Friendly, polite, and customer\-focused attitude * Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays * Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling * Team player with a positive and professional approach **Preferred Skills** * Experience in chocolate, bakery, café, or cake shop * Sales\-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets * Gift wrapping or product presentation skills (added advantage) Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * DO you have valid QID ? * Can you join immediately?
