**Civil Designer (BIM \& AutoCAD Expert) – Immediate Joiner** **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop accurate civil engineering drawings and 3D models using **BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks)** and **AutoCAD (2D/3D)**. * Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration, especially for fit\-out and interior\-related works. * Prepare and manage design documentation packages with high precision and timely submission. * Review, verify, and comment on contractors’ shop drawings and material submittals. * Implement, follow, and maintain company **CAD/BIM standards** across all projects. * Participate in design review meetings and support project execution teams with technical input. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Designer or Draftsman. * **Essential:** Strong hands\-on experience in **BIM** (Revit / Civil 3D). * **Essential:** Expert proficiency in **AutoCAD** (2D \& 3D). * **Preferred:** Experience in fit\-out and interior coordination projects. * Strong knowledge of local building codes and design standards. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * **Strong preference for candidates who can join immediately.** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
