Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Interior Designer** to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe interior spaces for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent space\-planning skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion while meeting client requirements, budgets, and deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget. * Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans. * Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and design presentations using design software. * Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, color schemes, and decorative materials. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project. * Prepare project specifications, material schedules, and cost estimates. * Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure work complies with design plans. * Manage project timelines and resolve design or construction issues as they arise. * Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards. * Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field. * Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. * Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, furniture, lighting, and materials. * Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills. * Strong project management and organizational abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality interior projects. * Knowledge of building codes and construction processes. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally friendly design principles.
