




We are looking for a proactive and organized **Purchase \& Sales Coordinator** to support our procurement and sales operations in Qatar. **Key Responsibilities** ✅ Coordinate purchase orders and procurement processes ✅ Communicate with suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery ✅ Maintain stock records and update inventory data ✅ Support sales team with quotations, LPOs and customer follow\-ups ✅ Prepare sales and purchase reports (daily/weekly/monthly) ✅ Ensure timely delivery and invoicing coordination ✅ Handle documentation and maintain accurate filing ✅ Communicate for delivery slot and gate passes includes **managing the tender process**, **document preparation**, and **coordination with internal and external stakeholders**.
