




Key Responsibilities * Manage and operate **coffee roasting equipment** with precision and consistency. * Develop and maintain **roast profiles** to highlight flavor notes and quality. * Source, evaluate, and grade green coffee beans. * Conduct **cupping sessions** to ensure quality control and consistency. * Collaborate with baristas and management to align roasting with customer preferences. * Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the roastery. * Document roasting processes and inventory for traceability. Requirements * Minimum **5 years of experience** in coffee roasting or specialty coffee industry. * Strong knowledge of **green coffee sourcing, roasting techniques, and flavor development**. * Hands\-on experience with roasting machines and quality control tools. * Excellent sensory skills and ability to identify flavor profiles. * Conversant in **English**; Arabic is an advantage. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Passion for specialty coffee and continuous learning.
