Opportunity to supervise technicians and plan work schedules \- MALE \- LOCALLY AVAILABLE \-ABLE TO TRANSFER SPONSORSHIP \-SALARY CAN BE DISCUSSED/ DEPENDS ON THE EXPERIENCE \- ACCOMMODATION WILL BE PROVIDED \- **Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or any related course.** * **Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.** * **Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices for MEP systems and building services.** * **Experience in supervising maintenance technicians, planning daily work schedules, and monitoring maintenance performance.** * **Ability to conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.** * **Good communication and leadership skills.** * **Valid Qatari driving license (or eligibility to obtain one) to conduct regular field inspections.** * **Good command of English; Arabic would be an advantage.** * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and maintenance reporting.** Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
