**Job Purpose:** To perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring all facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Mechanical Systems:** * Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and ventilation units. * Troubleshoot and service chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and other mechanical components. * Monitor and maintain refrigerant levels, belts, filters, and ducts. **2\. Electrical Systems:** * Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical panels, lighting systems, and wiring connections. * Diagnose electrical faults and perform safe repairs in compliance with safety standards. * Support installation of new electrical equipment as per engineering specifications. **3\. Plumbing Systems:** * Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, valves, water pumps, and drainage systems. * Detect leaks and ensure proper functioning of domestic water supply and drainage networks. * Perform preventive maintenance of water heaters, tanks, and pipelines. **4\. General Maintenance:** * Execute preventive maintenance schedules as per the maintenance plan. * Record maintenance activities, faults, and spare part replacements accurately. * Support other technical staff in multidisciplinary tasks when required. **5\. Safety \& Compliance:** * Follow all company safety procedures and permit\-to\-work systems. * Use appropriate PPE and report hazards or near\-miss incidents immediately. * Ensure compliance with local regulations and company quality standards. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Diploma / ITI Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing discipline. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance (preferably in facilities, hotels, malls, or industrial environments). * Sound knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. * Ability to read technical drawings and follow maintenance manuals. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong technical and troubleshooting skills. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures. * Basic computer literacy (MS Office / CMMS). * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Safety\-conscious and detail\-oriented.
