**Job Summary** The Instruction Draftsman is responsible for creating, drafting, and maintaining clear and accurate **technical instructions**, **work procedures**, **operational manuals**, and **engineering documentation**. The role ensures that all instructional materials align with company standards, engineering requirements, and safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities1\. Documentation \& Drafting** * Prepare and draft **technical instructions**, **work procedures**, and **operational guidelines**. * Produce clear diagrams, sketches, and illustrations to support instructions. * Convert engineering concepts and specifications into easy\-to\-understand documents. **2\. Collaboration** * Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to gather accurate technical information. * Review engineering drawings and translate them into step\-by\-step procedures. **3\. Quality \& Compliance** * Ensure all drafted instructions follow company standards and industry regulations. * Maintain version control and update documentation when changes occur. * Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all documents. **4\. Process Improvement** * Identify opportunities to improve documentation layout or workflow clarity. * Suggest improvements to enhance usability and safety of instructions. **5\. Archiving \& Management** * Organize documents within the company’s documentation system. * Ensure availability and accessibility of updated manuals and instructions for relevant teams. **Required QualificationsEducation** * Diploma or degree in **Engineering**, **Technical Drafting**, **Industrial Technology**, or related field. **Skills** * Strong knowledge of technical drafting (AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus). * Excellent written communication skills. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Detail\-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Ability to simplify complex technical information. **Experience** * 1–3 years of experience in technical drafting, documentation, or engineering support preferred. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments. * Familiarity with quality control systems (ISO documentation). * Knowledge of safety regulations and operational standards. **Soft Skills** * Teamwork * Communication * Problem\-solving * Time management * Precision and attention to detail Job Type: Full\-time
