Manages shop operations, customer service, inventory, and administrative functions to ensure smooth workflow, financial accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Someone with leadership and wants to be a pioneering in the field coming up with new ideas and trends in the market. Key Responsibilities: * Create and supervise innovative floral designs including bouquets, floral boxes, and bridal bouquets * Develop creative concepts tailored to client needs and trends * Manage daily operations, staff coordination, and workflow * Handle customer service, reception duties, and order processing * Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and cost control * Perform basic accounting tasks including sales tracking and expense recording * Posting day to day activities on social media Key Skills: * Creative floral design \& innovation * Operations \& team management * Customer service \& communication * Basic accounting \& administration * Attention to detail \& multitasking * Photography Social media and content creation Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR3,000\.00 per month Experience: * Floristry : 3 years (Preferred)
