Summary: Lead and manage government projects in Qatar from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance, stakeholder liaison, and team coordination. Highlights: 1. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project activities, resources, schedules, and budgets. * Liaise with government authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. * Ensure compliance with all Qatar government regulations, standards, and project requirements. * Manage project risks, issues, and changes while implementing effective mitigation strategies. * Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients. * Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams to achieve project objectives. * Review technical documents, drawings, contracts, and project deliverables. * Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. * Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders. **Requirements** · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory. · Minimum 14 years of proven experience in project management, including at least 6 years in a Project Manager role within the State of Qatar. · Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering government projects in Qatar. · Strong knowledge of local regulations, approval processes, and government authority requirements. · Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills · Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. · Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems. · Strong understanding of cost control, planning, scheduling, and project reporting · Proven experience in managing construction projects from design through execution and handover. · Experience working with government ministries, public sector entities, and major infrastructure projects in Qatar. · UPDA (MMUP) Engineering Classification/Registration is mandatory. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an advantage.
