Ensure timelines, deliverables, and performance standards are consistently achieved. **Cross Functional Coordination:** Partner with multiple departments to streamline communication, resolve operational bottlenecks, and improve collaboration across teams. **Performance Management:** Develop reporting frameworks, operational metrics, and process improvements to drive efficiency, accountability, and business performance. **Team Leadership:** Mentor operational staff and team leads. Conduct regular reviews, encourage development, and foster a high performance culture. **Stakeholder Management:** Present operational updates, project outcomes, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams and business stakeholders with clarity and confidence. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** 6 plus years of experience in operations, business program management, or enterprise project execution, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or people management role. **Leadership Skills:** Strong experience managing operational priorities, coordinating teams, and driving measurable outcomes in fast paced business environments. **Communication:** Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. You are confident communicating with leadership, external partners, and internal teams. **Technology Mindset:** Comfortable working with reporting systems, enterprise business platforms, operational dashboards, and performance tracking tools. **Language Skills:** English professional proficiency is required.
