We are looking for a Senior Program Operations Manager (m f d) who can lead complex operational programs and ensure seamless coordination across departments. You will not simply oversee workflows. You will shape execution strategy, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that business priorities are translated into successful outcomes. Ensure timelines, deliverables, and performance standards are consistently achieved. **Cross Functional Coordination:** Partner with multiple departments to streamline communication, resolve operational bottlenecks, and improve collaboration across teams. **Performance Management:** Develop reporting frameworks, operational metrics, and process improvements to drive efficiency, accountability, and business performance. **Team Leadership:** Mentor operational staff and team leads. Conduct regular reviews, encourage development, and foster a high performance culture. **Stakeholder Management:** Present operational updates, project outcomes, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams and business stakeholders with clarity and confidence. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** 6 plus years of experience in operations, business program management, or enterprise project execution, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or people management role. **Leadership Skills:** Strong experience managing operational priorities, coordinating teams, and driving measurable outcomes in fast paced business environments. **Communication:** Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. You are confident communicating with leadership, external partners, and internal teams. **Technology Mindset:** Comfortable working with reporting systems, enterprise business platforms, operational dashboards, and performance tracking tools. **Language Skills:** English professional proficiency is required. Arabic language capability is considered an advantage for regional stakeholder engagement. **Mindset:** You are highly organized, proactive, and results driven.
