Summary: Seeking skilled Electrical and Mechanical Design Engineers to prepare technical drawings, conduct studies, and coordinate with various teams for switchgear and panel board designs, ensuring compliance with standards. Highlights: 1. Design and prepare technical drawings for electrical and mechanical components 2. Conduct electrical studies and calculations (e.g., short circuit, protection) 3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues **ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER \- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Preparing Shop Drawings including GA, SLD, Schematics and BOM using EPLAN P8, AutoCAD or other Design Tools. 2\. Check the compliance of customer/consultant specifications and technical requirements with applicable IEC Standards and manufacturer guidelines. 3\. To be able to prepare electrical studies including Short Circuit Calculations, Protection Coordination/Discrimination Studies and Temperature Rise Calculations. 4\. To be able to design LV Switchboards and Panel Boards using applicable manufacturer configuration and selection software. 5\. To be able to use electrical calculation software for Short Circuit and Protection Coordination/Discrimination Studies. 6\. To prepare complete production file submittals including approved drawings, BOM, wiring diagrams, component schedules and other required production documents. 7\. To be able to prepare technical drawings and document submittals for customer/consultant approval. 8\. Preparing Technical Submittals, Compliance Statements and Technical Offers. 9\. To be able to communicate with customers/consultants for technical clarifications and resolution of technical comments. 10\. Coordinate with Estimation, Projects, Production, Procurement, Quality and Testing teams to resolve technical issues related to the design. 11\. Respond to customer's technical questions and requests in a timely and efficient manner. **QUALIFICATIONS:** **Education required:** · B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. **MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER \- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Preparing Mechanical Design Drawings including GA, Busbar Drawings, Sheet Metal Drawings, Assembly Drawings and BOM using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD or other Design Tools. 2\. Check the compliance of customer/consultant specifications and technical requirements with applicable IEC Standards and manufacturer guidelines. 3\. To be able to design Copper Busbars considering rated current, short\-circuit withstand, temperature rise, electrical clearances and mechanical support requirements. 4\. To be able to design sheet metal parts, enclosures, doors, mounting plates, partitions, covers and other mechanical components required for LV Switchgear assemblies. 5\. To prepare 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings and detailed fabrication drawings suitable for production. 6\. To prepare complete production file submittals including approved drawings, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, BOM, component schedules and other required production documents. 7\. To be able to prepare technical drawings and document submittals for customer/consultant approval. 8\. Develop and maintain standard drawings, component libraries, manufacturing drawing databases and BOM formats for product standardization. 9\. Coordinate with Electrical Design to ensure proper busbar arrangement, equipment mounting, electrical clearances, cable termination space and accessibility requirements. 10\. Coordinate with Estimation, Projects, Production, Fabrication, Procurement, Quality and Testing teams to resolve technical and manufacturing issues related to the design. 11\. Support production and assembly teams in resolving fabrication and assembly issues and implement necessary design improvements. **QUALIFICATIONS:** **Education required:** · B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
