Summary: Seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsman to prepare detailed engineering, shop, coordinated, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, coordinating with engineering and construction teams. Highlights: 1. Prepare accurate mechanical engineering and shop drawings using AutoCAD 2. Coordinate closely with Engineering and Construction teams 3. Involve in electro-mechanical and combined services layouts We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Draftsman to prepare detailed mechanical engineering, shop, coordinated, and as\-built drawings using AutoCAD. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with Engineering and Construction teams throughout the project. Key Responsibilities * Study project requirements and technical specifications. * Prepare accurate, scaled mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD. * Prepare mechanical design and shop drawings according to engineering guidelines. * Prepare electro\-mechanical external coordinated service layouts. * Prepare combined services and coordination drawings. * Prepare builder’s work drawings and make revisions as instructed. * Prepare and update as\-built drawings based on site measurements and project requirements. * Coordinate with Engineering and Construction staff on drawing requirements. * Review drawings at different stages for accuracy and improvement. * Maintain proper backups and records of drawings. * Perform other drafting duties assigned by the Design/Technical Engineer. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Draftsman. * Strong AutoCAD experience is mandatory. * Experience in mechanical design and shop drawings. * Experience with coordinated, builder’s work, and as\-built drawings. * BMS (Building Management Systems) experience is an advantage. * Candidates of any nationality are welcome. * Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID. * Immediate joiners are preferred.
