Summary: Manage all structural steel production activities, establishing targets, managing manpower, and ensuring quality and delivery performance. Highlights: 1. Lead structural steel production from preparation to dispatch 2. Establish production targets, manpower plans, and productivity controls 3. Utilize deep fabrication and welding knowledge for production management Manage all structural steel production activities from preparation through fit\-up, welding, blasting/painting and dispatch Establish production targets, manpower plans, shift priorities, productivity controls, bottleneck recovery, quality coordination, and delivery performance. Minimum 12 years in structural steel fabrication, including 5\+ years managing production. Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent Deep fabrication and welding knowledge Capacity and manpower planning Productivity KPIs, drawing reading, CNC/fabrication equipment exposure ERP/MRP familiarity strong shop\-floor leadership. Pay: QAR10,000\.00 \- QAR20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
