Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Financial Controller** to oversee financial operations, manage reporting, and ensure compliance with international and local standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to support strategic decision\-making in a dynamic mining environment. Key Responsibilities * **Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * **Budget Management**: Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. * **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to IFRS, local regulations, and corporate policies. * **Internal Controls**: Implement and monitor systems to safeguard company assets. * **Cash Flow Management**: Oversee liquidity planning and optimize working capital. * **Audit Coordination**: Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits. * **Strategic Support**: Provide financial insights to support executive decision\-making. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred). * 8\+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior role. * Strong knowledge of **mining industry finance** and international reporting standards. * Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. * Experience working in multinational organizations, ideally within the GCC region.
