Summary: We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost control to manage project costs, variations, and contract administration. Highlights: 1. Manage project costs, variations, claims, and contract administration 2. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors 3. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ) WE ARE HIRING Quantity Surveyor REQUIREMENT •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying •Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects •Must be locally available in Qatar •Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost control •Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take\-off software •Good communication and negotiation skills Preferred Qualifications •Experience in fit\-out or infrastructure projects is an advantage •With valid QID and can join immediately •Valid Qatar Driving License is a plus •Employment Type: Full\-time •Proficiency in Arabic is an Advantage Responsibilities •Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ) •Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget •Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare comparison reports •Manage variations, claims, and contract administration •Conduct site visits and progress evaluations •Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors •Prepare interim valuations and final accounts •Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
