Strong hands-on experience in villa project management and execution. 2\. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and oversee all execution phases. 3\. Experience in developing execution plans and schedules and monitoring compliance. 4\. Ability to efficiently manage site engineers, foremen, and contractors. 5\. Excellent coordination skills with clients, consultants, and suppliers. 6\. Leadership personality with strong follow-up and decision-making skills.
