Minimum 10 years of experience within Qatar is required. Requirements: 1. Minimum 10 years of experience within Qatar in technical office and cost control roles at contracting companies. 2. Strong expertise in accurate quantity surveying, pricing, and drawing review. 3. Ability to monitor and control actual project costs and analyze cost items and quantities. 4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and electromechanical drawings. 5. Experience in preparing and reviewing technical and costing schedules, lists, and reports. 6. Strong leadership skills in analysis, organization, follow-up, and decision-making. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and AutoCAD; familiarity with related engineering software is preferred. 8. Prior hands-on experience in villa projects within Qatar is preferred. 9. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
