




**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **E\-Commerce Manager** who can lead our online business operations, build strong growth strategies, manage the complete e\-commerce cycle, and lead a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate must have strong **marketing, technical, and operational knowledge** to scale the business. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute **strategies to grow online sales, traffic, and customer engagement**. * Manage the **entire e\-commerce operations** including product listings, pricing, promotions, logistics, inventory coordination, and customer experience. * Lead and supervise the **marketing, content, design, and operations teams**. * Plan and manage **digital marketing campaigns** (SEO, SEM, Email, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads). * Oversee **product catalogue creation**, content quality, and brand consistency. * Monitor analytics and dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.) for performance optimization. * Coordinate with development teams for site improvements, UX updates, and technical enhancements. * Implement **growth strategies**, customer retention programs, and performance\-based campaigns. * Ensure smooth integration with inventory, payment gateways, shipping, CRM, and ERP systems. * Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business growth plans. * Manage vendor relationships and ensure business targets are achieved. **Requirements** * **4–5 years proven experience** as an E\-Commerce Manager in a recognized e\-commerce or retail company. * Strong understanding of **online marketing**, customer acquisition strategies, and analytics. * Solid knowledge of **CMS platforms, SEO principles, digital ads, performance marketing**, and basic technical troubleshooting. * Experience managing **team members** (marketing, operations, designers, support). * Strong knowledge of **e\-commerce operations** (order flow, stock sync, returns, logistics). * Hands\-on experience with e\-commerce dashboards, analytics tools, and marketplaces. * Excellent communication, leadership, decision\-making, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
