Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams We are seeking a dedicated and customer\-oriented **Help Desk / CAFM Operator** to support daily facility operations and service coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming service requests, managing work orders through CAFM systems, and coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure timely issue resolution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming client calls and respond professionally to service requests * Create, log, and monitor work orders and service tickets using CAFM systems * Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams regarding maintenance activities * Track service request progress and ensure timely follow\-up and closure * Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments when required * Maintain accurate records of all requests and activities * Provide excellent customer service and operational support **Requirements:** * Previous experience in a Help Desk, Call Center, or Customer Service role * Prior experience using CAFM systems is mandatory * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good organizational and multitasking abilities * Knowledge of Facility Management operations is preferred * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities **Preferred:** * Experience in Facility Management industry within GCC/Qatar * Immediate availability preferred Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV for consideration.
