We are looking for a skilled and customer\-focused **IT Support Engineer** to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users. **What You’ll Do?** * Provide L1/L2 IT support (onsite and remote) * Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices * Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email, and Active Directory * Reset passwords and manage user accounts and permissions * Install and configure software and systems * Resolve basic network issues (Wi\-Fi, LAN, VPN) * Log and track issues using IT ticketing systems * Support office IT equipment (meeting rooms, AV systems, etc.) * Escalate complex issues to network and cloud teams * Ensure service SLA targets are met **What We’re Looking For:** * Experience in IT support or service desk roles * Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory * Basic networking troubleshooting skills * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems * Good communication and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced support environment Pay: From QAR6,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
