The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and providing financial insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities * Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements. * Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. * Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Prepare management reports and financial presentations for leadership. * Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls. * Support strategic decision\-making through financial analysis and business planning. * Supervise and develop finance team members. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum 5–7 years of finance and accounting experience, including management responsibilities. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. * Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational abilities. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent. * Experience within the food manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, or related industries. * Knowledge of Qatar financial regulations and tax requirements. * Experience in financial modeling and strategic planning.
