Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive **IT Support Specialist** to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. This role requires strong problem\-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to support both hardware and software systems in a fast\-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. * Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and equipment. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. * Monitor system performance and ensure IT security compliance. * Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and backups. * Document support requests, resolutions, and system updates. * Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT\-related needs. * Support IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in IT support or technical services. * Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and IT security practices. * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and IT management tools. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
