Coordinate with design teams for functional and aesthetically appealing designs We are seeking a talented Architect Engineer with strong expertise in architectural elevations, 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization for residential and villa projects. Key Responsibilities: * Develop creative and high\-quality architectural elevations and façade designs. * Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for client approval. * Produce architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. * Prepare realistic visualizations, animations, and presentation materials. * Coordinate with design teams to ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and compliant with project requirements. * Ensure designs comply with Qatar regulations and local building codes. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. * Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in villa and residential projects. * Strong portfolio showcasing elevations, façade designs, 3D modeling, and rendering work (MANDATORY). * Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V\-Ray, Twinmotion, or similar visualization software. * Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and design presentation. * Knowledge of Qatar regulations and approval requirements is an advantage. Preferred Skills: * Excellent visualization and presentation abilities. * Creative design thinking and attention to detail. * Experience working with local and international clients. * Strong communication and coordination skills.
