Professional and safety-focused working environment About the Role We are a leading **Grade A Contracting Company** in Qatar seeking an experienced **Lifting Supervisor** to join our team for a prestigious **Kahramaa Potable Water Transmission Pipeline Project**. The successful candidate will supervise all lifting operations involving pipes, construction materials, and heavy equipment while ensuring full compliance with approved lifting plans, safety standards, and project requirements. Candidates with previous **Kahramaa** and **infrastructure pipeline project** experience in Qatar will be given priority. Key Responsibilities * Supervise all lifting operations related to pipes, materials, and heavy equipment. * Ensure all lifting activities are carried out in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety procedures. * Inspect lifting equipment and accessories before use to ensure compliance with safety standards. * Coordinate with site engineers, crane operators, riggers, and project teams for safe lifting operations. * Monitor lifting activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and Qatar safety regulations. * Report and address any unsafe conditions or lifting\-related incidents immediately. * Maintain lifting records and ensure all documentation is up to date. Qualifications \& Experience * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred. * Minimum **3–6 years** of experience as a **Lifting Supervisor** in infrastructure, pipeline, construction, or industrial projects. * Strong knowledge of lifting operations, approved lifting plans, lifting equipment inspection, and safety requirements. * Experience handling pipes, construction materials, and heavy lifting activities. * Previous experience on **Kahramaa projects** or infrastructure works in Qatar is highly preferred. * Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills with a strong commitment to workplace safety. **Mandatory Certifications** Applicants **must** possess the following valid certifications: * **Lifting Appointed Person Certificate** *(Mandatory)* * **TÜV SÜD Middle East L.L.C.
