Work on projects requiring 3D modeling, BOQ, and QCD expertise Job Opening: Architect (Fit\-Out Experience Required) We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect with strong fit\-out project experience to join our team in Qatar. Requirements: \* Minimum experience in architectural fit\-out projects \* Ability to work under pressure and manage up to 5 projects simultaneously \* Strong knowledge of: \* 3D modeling and rendering \* BOQ preparation \* MEP systems coordination \* QCD documentation and submissions \* Shop drawings and as\-built drawings preparation \* Must be willing to conduct site visits \* Good coordination and communication skills Responsibilities: \* Handle multiple fit\-out projects from design to execution \* Prepare and review technical drawings and project documentation \* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and MEP teams \* Ensure project submissions comply with QCD requirements \* Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues \* ⁠joinery workshop coordination Interested candidates may send their CV and portfolio to: info@turf\-qatar.com Work Location: In person
