Position Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data\-driven decision\-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing operational and business data to improve efficiency, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to power, water, operations, and business performance. * Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support management decision\-making. * Monitor operational KPIs and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with departments including operations, engineering, finance, and sustainability teams. * Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business planning and forecasting. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems. * Support digital transformation and data automation initiatives. * Prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. * Identify process improvement opportunities through data insights and performance analysis. * Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data governance standards. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools. * Experience with data visualization, reporting automation, and dashboard creation. * Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly. Preferred Skills * Experience within utilities, energy, water, sustainability, or industrial sectors. * Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise data environments. * Knowledge of Python, R, or advanced analytics tools is an advantage. * Understanding of sustainability reporting and operational performance metrics.
