Summary: This role involves establishing and maintaining a document management system, ensuring accurate control, secure storage, and accessibility of corporate records, and providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support. Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support. JOB PURPOSE The Document Controller is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and safeguarding the organization's document management system, ensuring that all corporate records, contracts, policies, SOPs, legal documents, licenses, project files, and operational documents are accurately controlled, securely stored, and readily accessible. The role supports all departments by maintaining document integrity, ensuring compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and regulatory authorities, while promoting efficient document workflows across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDocument Management * Maintain a centralized document control system for all departments. * Register, classify, index, archive, retrieve, and dispose of documents according to company procedures. * Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems. * Ensure all controlled documents have unique identification numbers and revision history. * Monitor document lifecycle from creation to archiving.The Admin Clerk provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day\-to\-day operation of the organization. The role is responsible for maintaining records, preparing documentation, coordinating office activities, handling correspondence, supporting departmental operations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. **Responsibilities:** **Administrative Support** * Perform daily clerical and administrative duties. * Prepare letters, memos, reports, and official correspondence. * Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic). * Organize and update office records. * Assist in preparing presentations and reports. EDUCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS Ø Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Commerce, or a related discipline. EXPERIENCE Ø 2–4 years of administrative or clerical experience. Ø Experience in a corporate environment is preferred. Ø Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.. TECHNICAL SKILLS Ø Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ø ERP Systems Ø Document Management Systems Ø Data Entry Ø Office Equipment Operation Ø Basic Report Preparation Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
