We are committed to excellence, sustainability, and the highest standards of building quality and regulatory compliance. **Position Summary** The Architectural Inspector will act as the principal technical authority for the verification, compliance, and quality assurance of architectural works on assigned projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the incumbent will conduct on‑site inspections, review design documentation, and ensure that all construction activities adhere to approved drawings, client specifications, local codes, and international best practices. **Key Responsibilities Design \& Documentation Construction \& Inspection Compliance \& Reporting**• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.• Conduct regular on‑site inspections of structural, architectural, and finishing works.• Prepare detailed inspection reports, non‑conformance letters, and corrective‑action recommendations.• Verify that design solutions meet client requirements, sustainability goals, and applicable codes (e.g., Qatar Construction Specification, NFPA, fire safety).• Monitor workmanship, material quality, and installation methods against approved standards.• Maintain a log of all inspections, findings, and correspondence with contractors and consultants.• Liaise with the design team to resolve design discrepancies and propose value‑engineering alternatives.• Ensure that health‑, safety‑, and environmental (HSE) protocols are strictly followed on‑site.• Provide timely updates to the Project Manager and senior stakeholders on project progress and risk exposure.• Coordinate with MEP, civil, and QA/QC teams to ensure interdisciplinary alignment.• Verify that changes issued by the client or design team are correctly implemented.• Support the preparation of as‑built documentation and final handover packages.• Conduct periodic audits of subcontractors’ compliance with contractual obligations.• Participate in regular coordination meetings, site walkthroughs, and punch‑list activities.• Contribute to lessons‑learned documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Required **Qualifications \& Experience Education Professional Experience**• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Architecture (or equivalent accredited degree).• Minimum **7 years** of progressive experience in architectural design, construction supervision, or consultancy.• Proven experience on **building projects** (commercial, residential, mixed‑use) with a strong focus on quality control and code compliance.• Demonstrated **consultancy experience** – preparing reports, delivering client presentations, and managing stakeholder relationships.• Hands‑on exposure to Qatar’s regulatory framework (e.g., Qatar Construction Specification, Building Permit processes) is highly desirable.• Experience with BIM/CAD tools (Revit, AutoCAD) and inspection software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) is an asset.
