* Install, configure, and commission **advanced IP\-based CCTV systems** used across the GCC, including **Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, Honeywell, Pelco, Axis, Bosch, Hikvision, Dahua**, and other enterprise\-grade platforms. * Deploy and maintain **Video Management Systems (VMS)**, ensuring seamless integration with access control, ANPR, video analytics, perimeter security, and PSIM platforms. * Work with **large\-scale surveillance environments**, such as smart cities, airports, malls, stadiums, industrial plants, and critical infrastructure. * Conduct configuration of **network elements**, including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, port security, and NVR/SAN storage systems. * Perform advanced troubleshooting on camera streams, VMS server architecture, failover systems, and video retention policies. * Manage and optimize **server\-based CCTV architecture**, including virtualization (VMware/Hyper\-V), RAID storage, and redundancy systems. * Implement and support **AI\-enabled and analytics\-driven CCTV features**, including facial recognition, people counting, intrusion detection, behavior analysis, and LPR/ANPR. * Conduct site assessments, system audits, and design verification based on **GCC compliance codes**, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. * Prepare detailed **as\-built documentation**, network diagrams, system reports, and maintenance logs for high\-profile clients. * Ensure alignment with **Qatar MOI\-SSD**, UAE SIRA, KSA HCIS, or relevant local authority standards for CCTV and security systems. * Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and system integrators for upgrades, firmware enhancements, and system expansion. * Support 24/7 operations by responding to incidents, alarms, and technical issues within defined SLAs. * Mentor and guide junior technicians on advanced CCTV systems, troubleshooting, and system best practices.
