Engineers, Managers. * Responsible for especial projects as assigned by their Line Manager. * Liaise with customer mangers as assigned by their Line Manager. * Prepare required documents for internal or external audit. * Comply with health procedures, quality and in general all HSEQ standards. **Operational** --------------- * Escalate to their line manager any lack of proper equipment or tools for doing the work. * Report any accident, incident, near miss or health event at work to their line manager. * Develop and produce MS, RA and COSHH. * Ensure that all the permits required are in place. * Ensure that the employees working under them, are having the statutory training required for the task. * Ensure that the employees working under them are aware of the MS/RA. * Check that the control measures as per the MS/RA are implemented. * Report any mistake or observation on MS/RA to HSEQ Department. * Ensure that the employees have the proper PPE before starting the task * Ensure that the employees have are using proper machines and tools for the task to be done. * Comply with the Company standards. * Cascade the toolboxes talk prepared by HSEQ Department. * Ensure that the employees are understanding the content of the toolbox talk. * Engineers must have solid technical knowledge and are expected to find resources for self\-learning to deal with the day\-by\-day troubles. * Engineers must bel be detail\-oriented and must lead their teams in that direction. **Qualification** ----------------- * Degree in Engineering 8 years of relevant maintenance management experience in a compatible facility. * Team building and Problem\-solving skills * Dispute resolution * Knowledge of regulations (e.g., OSHA, MSDS, NFPA, BS). * Computer literacy

**We’re Hiring – Digital Performance \& Web Optimization Specialist (Qatar\-based, Onsite)** Publicis Media \| Al Mana is looking for an experienced **Digital Performance \& Web Optimization Specialist** to join us on a **9–12 month embedded assignment** with a key client in Doha, Qatar. **Role Overview:** The selected candidate will be based onsite with the client, working closely with their marketing, media, and IT teams to enhance website performance, optimize user tracking, and improve campaign measurement.
