




**Job Title: Store \& Procurement Executive \- Junior Level** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day\-to\-day store operations including receiving, stocking, and issuing of materials. * Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation. * Monitor stock levels and generate timely purchase requisitions to avoid shortages. * Source, negotiate, and procure materials, supplies, and services at competitive prices. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. * Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials. * Implement inventory control practices to minimize wastage and losses. * Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. * Prepare and present procurement reports to management. * Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. * Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement processes. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (preferred).
