Job description: **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven **Sales Executive/BDM** with proven experience in the **events and exhibitions industry** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. A deep understanding of event production, exhibition stand design, and project delivery is essential. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and exhibition sector. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and follow\-ups. * Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations. * Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations. * Participate in networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services. * Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. * Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM entries, and market intelligence. * Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. * Handle contract negotiations and close deals in a timely manner. **Key Requirements:** * **Minimum 2\-5 years of experience** in **exhibition stand sales** (GCC experience Mandatory). * Strong existing network within the events/exhibition industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to understand technical drawings, booth layouts, and production requirements. * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and capable of working under pressure. * Fluent in English **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
