The successful candidate will assist customers with their purchases, maintain an organized and attractive store environment, process sales transactions, and provide excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a fast\-paced retail setting, and helping customers find the right products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service. * Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences. * Answer questions about products, promotions, pricing, and store policies. * Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately using the point\-of\-sale (POS) system. * Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively. * Monitor inventory levels and report low\-stock items to management. * Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area clean and organized. * Assist with receiving, unpacking, and labeling new merchandise. * Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally. * Meet individual and team sales goals while promoting special offers and loyalty programs. * Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines. * Support other team members and perform additional duties as assigned. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. * Basic math skills and attention to detail. * Ability to operate a POS system or learn quickly. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when required. * Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. **Preferred Skills:** * Sales and upselling techniques. * Problem\-solving and conflict resolution. * Time management and organizational skills. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Basic computer and cash\-handling skills. * Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
