




We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Barista Cum Operation Manager to join our team and help us elevate the customer experience. * **Barista Duties**: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with attention to quality and presentation. * **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. * **Supervision**: Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring that all team members adhere to café policies and procedures. * **Training Staff**: Train new baristas in coffee preparation techniques, customer service skills, and café operations. * **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. * **Quality Control**: Ensure that all beverages and food items meet our high standards for quality and consistency. * **Team Leadership**: Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and promoting teamwork. * **Health \& Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café. **Qualifications:** * Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong leadership and supervisory skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing techniques. * Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
