The Role Guildhall is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer (MMUP Grade “A”) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction planning and scheduling for large\-scale commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and oversee the project schedule and work program in coordination with the Project Manager. • Plan, organize, and coordinate all planning\-related activities. • Prepare and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource loading, and cash flow forecasts. • Review and analyze shop drawings, design data sheets, and method statements. • Monitor project progress against the baseline and update schedules based on team input. • Prepare monthly progress and labor reports, charts, and histograms. • Ensure all technical and planning documentation is maintained and submitted on time. • Assist in shutdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance planning. • Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow. • Track and report on milestone dates and contractual commitments. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum of 15 years of planning experience in the construction industry. • Proven track record in large\-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects. • MMUP Grade “A” certification (mandatory). • Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office tools. • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. • Ability to lead in a multi\-disciplinary environment.
