The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our growing operations by effectively managing end\-to\-end recruitment and HR processes, with a strong focus on the marine or oil \& gas sectors. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage full\-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. * Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially in marine and oil \& gas disciplines. * Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and timelines. * Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms. * Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates. * Maintain employee records and assist in HR administrative duties. * Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives. * Handle day\-to\-day HR queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * **Minimum of 5\-7 years of experience in HR and recruitment**, preferably in the **marine or oil \& gas industry**. * Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
