Architect Engineer We are hiring an \* Architect Engineer with a strong architectural background, hands\-on experience in full facility maintenance, and proficiency in 2D and 3D drawings. Responsibilities: \* Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems, civil works, steel structures, and interior fit\-out renovations in malls, resorts, and 5\-star hotels \* Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. \* Review, prepare, and interpret \*2D drawings and 3D models\* as required for maintenance planning, retrofits, and renovations. \* Develop and implement maintenance schedules across multiple high\-profile facilities. \* Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and junior engineers. \* Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. \* Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and equipment documentation. \* Assist project teams during installations, upgrades, and refurbishments in luxury and commercial facilities. \* Coordinate with facility management to ensure seamless operations in high\-standard environments. Requirements: \* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture\* or \*Architectural Engineering. \* Minimum 5 years of experience\* in maintenance for malls, resorts, or \*5\-star hotels (preferred). \* Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D \& 3D)and familiarity with architectural and MEP drawings. \* Strong technical understanding of building systems and coordination between trades. \* Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. \* \*Valid driving license\* required. \* \*UPDA certification\* preferred. \* Strong knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and team coordination.
