**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility management department in Real Estate Company. The ideal candidate should have 10\-15 years of relevant experience in Qatar, with a strong background in facility maintenance, managing maintenance operation team (Electrical, AC, other facility maintenance) and handling Tenant complins, hand over new rental units to Tenants, vacating flats take over and preparing a report for maintenance. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operation of facilities. Inspect Tenants Flats, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime of AC and extend asset life. Manage a team of technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of work orders. Oversee repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Liaise with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services. Prepare maintenance reports and documentation. **Requirements:** Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. 10\-15 years of hands\-on experience in facility maintenance, preferably in Qatar. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent problem\-solving and organizational skills. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
