Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues **Job Title: Window Patching OperatorJob Summary:** The Window Patching Operator is responsible for setting up and operating window patching machines to apply transparent film (PVC, PET, or biodegradable film) onto die\-cut cartons or packaging products. The operator ensures accurate film positioning, proper adhesion, and high\-quality finishing in accordance with production standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Set up and operate automatic or semi\-automatic window patching machines. * Install and adjust film reels (PVC, PET, PLA, or other window materials). * Align cartons and adjust film positioning to ensure accurate window placement. * Control glue application system to ensure proper bonding and clean finish. * Adjust machine speed, feeding, and pressure settings for optimal performance. * Monitor production quality, checking for misalignment, air bubbles, weak adhesion, glue stains, or wrinkles. * Minimize material wastage and maintain production efficiency. * Perform routine cleaning, glue system maintenance, and preventive machine maintenance. * Troubleshoot minor mechanical and gluing issues; coordinate with maintenance team for major breakdowns. * Maintain daily production reports including output, rejects, and downtime. * Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical certification preferred. * Minimum 2–4 years experience operating window patching machines in printing or packaging industry. * Experience with carton packaging, food boxes, cosmetic boxes, or similar products. * Knowledge of film materials and glue systems. * Ability to read job orders and production specifications. * Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. * Physically fit and able to handle materials and stand for extended periods. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong understanding of window patching process * Attention to detail and quality inspection * Machine operation expertise * Problem\-solving ability * Team coordination with die\-cutting and folding gluer departments * Safety awareness Please share your CV to hrq@janapack.com Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
