Promote a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for guests across all leisure activities and spaces by maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor. Monitor leisure facility activities and respond to emergency situations in accordance with local procedures. Remind guests of leisure facility rules. Identify guests who may not safely participate in an activity and inform a manager/supervisor. Provide first aid, as needed, to injured guests until medical assistance arrives. Collect, fold, and store towels according to company procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and any hazardous workplace conditions to management; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Follow and implement all chain-wide safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, accident hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Respect confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company property. Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds (11.3 kg) without assistance. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity. Reach above shoulder height and below knee level, including bending, twisting the body, pulling, and squatting. Move on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Climb and descend service stairs and ramps. Perform all other tasks assigned by supervisors that are consistent with this position.
