Monitor portfolio companies and support strategic improvements **Private Equity Manager** The Private Equity Manager is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and portfolio company leadership to drive investment performance and support value creation across the portfolio. **Key responsibilities** * Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through market research, screening, and relationship building. * Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and transaction modeling. * Lead or support deal execution, including negotiation, structuring, documentation, and closing. * Monitor portfolio companies, review performance, and support strategic and operational improvements. * Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for investment committees and senior leadership. * Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, and external advisors throughout the investment lifecycle. **Required qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or fund administration, depending on the role focus. * Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. * Experience with due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred qualifications** * MBA or professional accounting/finance qualification. * Experience in a specific sector such as infrastructure, real estate, financial services, or growth equity. * Strong network in the investment community and experience working with portfolio company management teams.
