**About The Job** Our client is a major government entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating in the energy and utilities sector, currently rolling out a large\-scale Oracle CRM transformation. As part of this engagement, we are seeking multiple Oracle CRM Solution Architects to define, validate, and guide the technical and functional architecture of the program. You will act as the key design authority on Oracle CRM — ensuring the solution meets business requirements, integrates effectively with upstream / downstream systems, and follows Oracle’s recommended architecture and deployment best practices. This is an on\-site role in Riyadh, starting February 1st and expected to run 6–18 months. **What You'll Do** * Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on CRM design and roadmap * Serve as the overall design authority for the Oracle CRM solution and integrations. * Translate business requirements from the energy \& utilities domain into scalable Oracle CRM configurations and architecture. * Lead solution design workshops, fit\-gap analysis, and architecture reviews. * Define end\-to\-end design documentation: data models, integration flows, security, workflows, reporting, customizations. * Ensure solution alignment with Oracle\-recommended implementation frameworks and architectural principles. * Collaborate closely with program managers, business teams, and SI partners. * Oversee quality of technical deliverables, configurations, and integrations. * Identify risks, design constraints, and remediation options. * Support testing strategy, user validation, and deployment readiness. **Requirements** * 8–12 years of Oracle CRM architecture, solution design, or technical leadership. * Deep hands\-on expertise with Oracle CRM Cloud modules \& integration patterns. * Strong understanding of Oracle application architecture, security, data models, and deployment tooling. * Strong communication skills, able to translate complex designs into clear guidance for business and IT stakeholders. * Comfortable working with multi\-vendor and government stakeholder teams. * Experience in the energy and utilities sector. * Oracle certifications are an advantage. * Arabic speaking is preferred.
