If you’re looking for an environment where your impact is tangible and your professional growth is guaranteed… This opportunity is for you! **What will your mission be?** The main mission of the position is to lead and collaborate as a specialist in projects related to the integral water cycle, with a particular focus on work orders. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Work closely with utility clients to understand operational processes and translate them into effective work order management and asset management workflows. * Management of customer relationships. * Coordination of the different specialties involved in the execution/implementation of a project: software developers, data architects, implementers, GIS department, etc. * Collaboration in software development, contributing experience in the water sector, focused on work orders for a utility company. Preventive maintenance plans, corrective actions, etc. * Collaboration with the company’s organization to ensure the efficiency of internal processes and to promote working and decision\-making methods that help improve productivity, customer service, and product quality. * Compliance with internal methodologies and processes defined by the organization. **What will make you stand out?** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering. * High level of English required. * Over 4 years of experience working in the operation of a water utility. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in international projects. * Availability to travel. * Valued: + Knowledge of utility operations + Experience with others CMMS + Knowledge of programming languages and data management + Project management + Third language
