Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Coordinator to support commercial and coordination activities for our Scaffolding Division on Oil & Gas projects. Highlights: 1. Support commercial and coordination for Scaffolding Division 2. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and track material utilization 3. Coordinate between site teams, design engineers, and commercial dept. **Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor / Coordinator – Scaffolding **Company:** Pigeon Engineering Projects, Trading \& General Services WLL **Location:** Qatar (Doha \& Project Sites) **Job Type:** Full\-time **Salary:** Full Package QAR 7,500 – 9,000 per month **Job Description** We are looking for a detail\-oriented **Quantity Surveyor / Coordinator** to support commercial and coordination activities for our Scaffolding Division on Oil \& Gas projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare BOQs, material take\-offs, and cost estimates for scaffolding works. * Track scaffolding material quantities, wastage, and utilization (m³/m²). * Prepare progress measurements, interim valuations, and variation orders. * Coordinate between site teams, design engineers, and commercial department. * Assist in tendering, subcontract administration, and cost control. * Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **5 years Oil \& Gas experience** (mandatory) \+ total 5–8 years as QS in construction. * Experience in scaffolding measurement and cost control preferred. * Strong MS Excel skills. * Good communication and coordination ability. * Fluent in English.
