You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with our business goals, managing high\-volume recruitment based on current demands, and overseeing organizational development. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's long\-term vision and operational efficiency. * **Talent Acquisition:** Oversee full\-cycle recruitment processes to meet urgent project demands in technical and corporate sectors. * **Compliance \& Operations:** Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and regulatory standards, including OEP requirements where applicable. * **Performance Management:** Design systems to track employee engagement, retention, and professional development. * **Stakeholder Management:** Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational design. **Required Qualifications** * **Experience:** 8\+ years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or Director\-level role. * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. * **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the recruitment solutions industry and local labor regulations. * **Skills:** Exceptional communication, negotiation, and data\-driven decision\-making abilities. **Apply Now** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR30,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you Doing Job Currently? * What's Your Current Company Name Work Location: Remote
