Sound knowledge in welding inspection and quality control procedures **Job Summary:** We are looking for a qualified **Welding Inspector** with strong experience in the **petrochemical industry** and mandatory GCC exposure. The candidate must hold valid **CSWIP certification** and possess sound knowledge in welding inspection and quality control procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform inspection of welding activities in accordance with approved **WPS, PQR, and ITP**. * Ensure all welding works comply with project specifications, codes, and standards. * Conduct visual inspection and coordinate **NDT activities**. * Review and verify welding procedures, qualifications, and material certificates. * Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports. * Identify non\-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented. * Coordinate with QA/QC team, site engineers, and client representatives. * Monitor welding consumables handling and storage as per standards. **Requirements:** * **Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering**. * **7 to 10 years of experience**, preferably in the petrochemical industry. * **Mandatory GCC experience**. * Valid **CSWIP 3\.1 or CSWIP 3\.2\.2 certification**. * **NDT Level II Certification** (RT/UT/MT/PT preferred). * Strong knowledge of international standards such as **ASME, API, AWS**. * Good documentation and reporting skills. **Preferred:** * Experience in **Oil \& Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical projects**. * Familiarity with client standards and inspection procedures in GCC projects.
