As we continue to expand in Qatar, we are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance operations and strengthen our financial governance in Lusail. **Role Overview** The Financial Controller will oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls. This is a strategic leadership role suited for a finance professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to drive financial performance across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal policies * Develop and maintain strong internal control systems and financial procedures * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management * Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings * Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management * Optimize financial processes and improve reporting efficiency * Supervise and mentor finance team members **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred) * Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent required * Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles * Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance * Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management * Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel * Strong leadership, analytical, and decision\-making skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * High level of integrity and attention to detail **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package * Leadership role in a growing and ambitious organization * Career development and advancement opportunities * Professional and collaborative work environment **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and cover letter outlining their financial leadership experience and achievements. الراتب المدفوع: QAR٤٥٠٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
