**Key Responsibilities:** * Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems, equipment, and facilities. * Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural components as needed. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations. * Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, generators, pumps, and other mechanical equipment. * Assist with renovations, refurbishments, or minor construction works as required. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. * Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing. * Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies. * Coordinate with external contractors or service providers for specialized repairs or projects. **Qualifications:** * High School Diploma, Technical Certification, or equivalent experience in building maintenance. * Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. * Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. **Skills:** * Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting * Preventive maintenance planning and execution * Safe operation of tools and equipment * Communication and teamwork skills Job Type: Full\-time
